Roman Reigns: What a comeback it has been for “The Big Dog” so far following his heart wrenching cancer scare. Reigns has finally got the WWE Universe fully behind him and you can see in his face how invigorated he feels knowing the crowd is supporting his every action. Roman has the chance to really solidify this comeback with a strong showing this Sunday at WWE Fastlane!

Ronda Rousey: The self professed “Baddest Woman On The Planet” has certainly made headlines this week. In a scathing video where Rousey tears the very foundation of WWE to pieces, claiming wrestling is “fake” and “bullshit”, Rousey has managed to not only turn heel on screen but turn the majority of WWE fans against her in reality. This new found character could carry Ronda Rousey all the way to the stars come Wrestlemania 35.

Daniel Bryan: The best heel in WWE today? Daniel Bryan feels like such a pin on Smackdown Live that it would be hard to envision the show without him at this point, a feat that is even more impressive considering this time a year ago Bryan was little more than a Smackdown General Manager! An upcoming match against Kevin Owens at WWE Fastlane plus the potential of a clash against Kofi Kingston at Wrestlemania 35 has Daniel Bryan soaring up the WWE ranks!

Kofi Kingston: The idea of anyone toppling Becky Lynch in terms of popularity seemed impossible but Kofi Kingston may have just done that! The New Day star has WWE fans worldwide massively behind him in his quest to FINALLY become a WWE champion and its safe to say Kingstons star has never been burning brighter in his extensive WWE mid card career.

Kevin Owens: The Prize Fighter made a chaotic return to Smackdown Live recently and whilst the former Universal Champion has reemerged as a babyface, his replacement of Kofi Kingston at Fastlane vs Daniel Bryan has fans unsure of how to take to the new and improved Kevin Owens. Owens has the potential to be an excellent badass babyface as long as WWE are careful on who they book him against.

Mandy Rose: Slowly but steadily, Mandy Rose is climbing the ranks in the Smackdown Live women’s division. Stealing wins over the likes of Naomi and The Empress Of Tomorrow herself, Rose has earned herself a Smackdown Women’s Championship match at WWE Fastlane against Asuka! This match is truly Mandy’s opportunity to take as win or lose this could do big things for her career!

Becky Lynch: The Man has lost some steam recently on her quest to facing Ronda Rousey. Whilst Lynch has been suspended by WWE, she has turned up at almost every Raw, Smackdown and PPV possible, leading to many interactions with both Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey. WWE would be wise to keep these women separate on the road to Wrestlemania 35 so that their potential main event match still feels fresh!

Dean Ambrose: The Lunatic Fringe has had a troubled start to 2019. Following his pretty poor heel turn late last year, Ambrose has been a bit of a lost wolf. WWE announced recently that Ambrose would be leaving the company in April leaving many to question his future up to that point. This week on Raw, fans bore witness to a (reluctant) Ambrose , reuniting with his Shield brothers to set up an epic 6 man battle against Baron Corbin, Bobby Lashley and Drew McIntyre at WWE Fastlane!

The Boss & Hug Connection: Despite an outrageous loss to Tamina Snuka, Sasha Banks and Bayley have been popping up all over WWE to promote the sense that their newly won WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships are ready to be defended on any WWE brand. Shocking NXT appearances both at TV tapings and at live events plus a Title match against Nia Jax and Tamina at WWE Fastlane have these newly formed titles off to a strong start!

Asuka: This week has been a bumpy road for Asuka so far. With an injury scare at a Live event and a loss to Mandy Rose on Smackdown Live, Asuka has been toeing the line between Empress and failure. The Road to Wrestlemania 35 still seems very unclear for Asuka but a victory at WWE Fastlane against Rose may be the start of her Wrestlemania moment!
